FAQ

VR TOURS VIENNA - What is it?

The VR tour with VR Tours Vienna is a guided tour lasting just under two hours through Vienna’s beautiful city centre.

We combine a classic city tour, as you may know it from other cities, with a journey through time across past centuries.

You will see all the important sights of Vienna’s old town and learn exciting and interesting facts about its culture and history. At six different locations, you will put on virtual reality glasses and experience old Vienna from the Middle Ages to the Second World War.

Not only will you discover the historic buildings and surroundings, but we will also transport you to a typical scene from that period.
You will experience history up close, as if you were there yourself! And you will learn many things that even many Viennese people do not know.

Travel with us through six centuries of city history: starting in the 15th century and ending with the last days of the Second World War in April 1945. At each stop, you will travel back in time with breathtaking 360° animations that you can experience up close. Experience first-hand how Vienna became the cosmopolitan city it is today.

Thanks to its incredible visual content, VR Tours Vienna is an experience you will never forget.
